WRAPPED SISAL POST TO FIT MAJESTIC, VESPER** & FOSTER/SMITH CAT TREES

All our replacement columns are heavy duty, tightly wrapped with extra thick premium 3/8" Brazilian sisal rope and solid pine plugs, secured with industrial fasteners. The core walls are thicker and stronger than your original columns making for a sturdier, safer support and more scratching surface area.

The overall diameter of these columns is 4.5", including the rope. Some Foster & Smith cat trees were made with wider posts (about 5.5"). If your posts are these wider ones, please contact us for a custom column quote.

No hardware is included. Please retain all of your original hardware. If you have a male end on your column (a threaded rod protruding), check to see if it is a rod that can be removed. If it isn't, we advise you to purchase a threaded rod from our hardware page. If your male end protrudes more than 3/4", please notify us of this fact when you order. Our rods stick out that far when completely inserted. Also, our female ends require a bolt or or rod to be at least 3/4" long in order for it to reach and secure itself to our threads.

Much Needed and Much Improved

Our cat tree, pictured before and after, was in danger of structural failure from years of use. The new posts are much sturdier than the OEM pieces, and I really appreciate how much more substantial the rope is.

Sturdier than the manufacturer posts

I bought the sisal posts to replace some older ones on a Frisco cat tree. The rope on these posts is much thicker and holds up better to a cat's claws. The posts themselves are also thicker making them more stable than the manufacturer's posts. Replacing the old ones was very simple and took less than 10 mins. Highly recommend.

Amber was very swift to communicate what she needed, and provided some excellent details about how she wanted to apply our components to her cat environment. For the column, she needed a size we were offering for another brand (other than Frisco), and once we knew that she has a Frisco cat tree, we were able to outfit the size she needed with the correct hardware.
