Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy describes how CATTREEPARTS.COM approaches the shipment of your purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: As of April 15, 2026, we are experiencing a heavy demand, and your shipping turnaround will most likely be 3 weeks on columns, beds & platforms.
NORMAL SHIPPING TURNAROUND TIMES: We strive to ship your purchase as fast as humanly possible. We make all orders for component parts (columns, beds, platforms) as they come in. Here are our current shipping turnaround times: up to 2 weeks for columns, beds & platforms, and up to 1 week for hardware, toys & rope.
We will notify you with a tracking number when your purchase goes out. The e-mail address that we send this from is tommy@cattreeparts.com. Please add this address to your approved senders, since we use this for ALL communication regarding your purchase.
We usually use UPS, and they seldom fail to get shipments coast to coast from 1-5 business days, depending on how far away you are from Philadelphia, PA. These time frames are often a little longer during the end of the year.
Some UPS drivers may require a signature in areas where shipments have been stolen or were otherwise difficult to get to their intended recipient. You can affect the delivery of your purchase in significant ways by registering for UPS My Choice.
Any offer of free shipping applies to shipping your original purchase to you, and also to retrieving anything that you didn't order or a product that fails within the 90 day warranty period. Otherwise we do not pay for any other shipping, including your return of something that you ordered by mistake.

RETURN or REPEAT SHIPPING CHARGES: Unless we have shipped you the wrong item or it is obviously defective upon receipt, we will not pay for or return or repeat shipping. If you have a defective product from us, please contact us promptly so that we can get it back & make things right with you, OK?
If you provide us with the wrong address, and your shipment comes back to us, we will re-ship it only after collecting the cost to do so, plus a $10 handling charge. If you are paying by PayPal, you should check to see that you have the current mailing address listed on your PayPal account.
This policy concerns any free shipping offer and how it would apply outside the mainland USA:
Free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 US states, only. Please contact us to know how much your shipment will be outside this area (including Alaska & Hawaii) Although we do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, or to neighboring countries like Canada & Mexico, our friends in the Caribbean, or to South America and Europe (and any other country, for that matter) we will calculate a shipping cost for a customer in one of those areas that pays at least a portion of the shipping cost. We'll determine the cost to ship to the west coast of the USA, and will deduct that shipping fee from the grand total. All duties, customs fees, & taxes will be paid by the customer.
